Shipping Information

1. Q: What are your shipping policies?
A: FREE standard shipping on any purchase over $75. If you return your order, our shipping and insurance fee will be deducted from your credit. Purchases over $100 may require a signature and additional identification.

Payment Information

1. Q: How can I pay for my purchase?
A: BloomingBoutique.com is currently accepting orders using: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or Paypal. Please be sure the name and address provided in the billing area matches the information as it appears on your credit card statement.

2. Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
A: Ordering from BloomingBoutique.com is secure and private. Your personal information and your safety is very important to you. We use a number of security measures to protect your personal data and credit card information. Your security is of utmost importance to us. 3. Q: Can I use my debit card online?
A: Yes! Please note: If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on “hold”, meaning it will not be available to you once you place the order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original “hold” will be voided.

4. Q: Do I have to pay online?

1. Q: What is PayPal and how does pay pal work?
A: Pay Pal is a secure online payment service provider that we use to process our online payments from our customers. Please refer to Pay Pal's website www.PayPal.com for questions regarding their services or call them directly 402-935-2050.

1. Q. Do you have a catalog?
A. No. Currently we are building a “virtual” catalog. In order to ensure that our customers have access to the most current styles, prices, sizes, and overall inventory, we do not publish a catalog.

2. Q. Do you take telephone orders?
A. We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service, but please feel free to call in your order. Call us at 1-302-644-4052, 10am – 5pm EST, and we will process your transaction over the phone. If we are unable to answer the phone, please feel free to leave a message and someone will return your phone call as promptly as possible.

3. Q. How long does it take to process my order and what do I do if I need to cancel my order?
A. Blooming Boutique ships orders, with only a few exceptions, within 1-2 business days of the date they are placed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@bloomingboutique.com or call Blooming Boutique at 302-644-4052.

4. Q. What happens if an item is out of stock?
A. At the present time BloomingBoutique.com does not do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.

5. Q. Do you offer gift certificates and/or gift cards?
A. Yes, you can buy a gift certificate online or you can call us at 302-644-4052 and we will process it over the phone.

Returns

1. Q. What is your return policy?
A. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from Blooming Boutique! In the event you are not satisfied, returns of unworn, unaltered or sized merchandise will be accepted with in 30 days for a refund (charge credit). Your refund will be for the amount of the item less our shipping and insurance fee, which is recorded on your invoice. When merchandise has an inventory tag attached, the tag must remain on the item, in order to be accepted as a return. You must obtain a return authorization by calling 302-644-4052. All unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Damaged merchandise, due to manufacturer defect, will be replaced. Please adhere to the following for a prompt refund.
  1. Obtain a "Return Authorization Code" from us.
  2. Return merchandise in the original shipping container if possible. We can not accept merchandise that has been altered, worn, the inventory tag has been removed, or does not have a return authorization code. 
  3. Insure your return and ship to Blooming Boutique via your choice of carriers, (the U.S. mail is the least expensive). This is for your protection, as we can not issue a refund for merchandise lost in transit. Shipping charges for returning merchandise is the customer's responsibility.

2. Q. How long does it take for me to get a refund?
A. It may take 4-5 days for your return to reach Blooming Boutique, Once it is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-7 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
